PhpStorm: removing all comments from a file?

A recurring situation: I use artisan to make a migration, command, or something else. The file contains unnecessary comment blocks. I delete them by hand.

It would be nice to delete all comments with a single hot key. Does anyone know of a PhpStorm feature/plugin that allows this?
