It looks like in image 5 you aborted after there was an error installing the database. So, based on that, you didn't install a database. Am I understanding that right? What database are you expecting?

Php My Admin error Lamp , php 8.1 and mysql 8
Hello , I have been working with php my admin , but now I have been trying to install with php8.1 and Mysql 8 and I have been having problem - well , I am using this -
Ubunto 20.04
Mysql 8
Nginx
Php 8.1
