Pagination templating support

Hello! I created today a small package to handle the pagination through templates, similar to what we did in Laravel 4.

So far, it has support for Bootstrap, Materialize and Foundation and you can create your own theme as well.

It's only a proof of concept. What do you guys think?

If you like it, I'll be adding tests and improving it in general .
