October cms license key
I am starting with October cms. I have a license key but I dont know where to add it to make successful installation. According documentation I tried to run php artisan october:install but it ends up with message Enter a valid License Key to proceed which runs in endless loop in console (cmder, gitbash, PhphStorm terminal). It seems like an error in the console. As I say it writes Enter a valid License Key to proceed in endless loop.
Does anybody know what should I do to activate the license on my very first project?

You can either pay the October CMS licence or switch to Winter CMS witch is a fork from the original maintainers (https://wintercms.com/blog/post/october-cms-you-know-it-dead).
Just don't even try to hack/crack things, ok? I don't like the way October CMS is derailing, but we need to be fair and accept it.
