How are you using gulp? The last several versions of laravel (via laravel mix) use webpack instead of gulp, unless you're doing something different than what laravel ships with?

No gulpfile found
As the title , i have the error "No gulpfile found" ... i uninstalled the current version of node , which i believe is 10.x and tried to install nodejs version 6.x , (since i head that few of them had it working with version 6 instead of the others), but without a result .

You're right , just noticed that gulp is for older versions of laravel , before 5.2 .
