Laracasts template

Is it ok if i use pieces of laracasts html template in my personal project? Im really bad at html and styling so structuring some pages is a little bit of a struggle for even simple things.

The projects are just learning purposes, they are on my live digital ocean droplet but they arent for production or even advertised to the public

P.s. if you know of any sites for learning html/css with videos that you could recommend its much appreciated. The ones I've watched i just cant connect with how the tutor teaches and describes
