Is there any good resource for learning Rest API development

Actually, I just started learning laravel, currently I am in Laravel 6 from scratch. I want to become an API developer , especially using RESTful and Graphql, is there any good resource available or a course.

I would start learning Laravel first and GraphQL separately, learning the basics at least, and then find out a tutorial as an example, like this one:
