Laravel is definitely capable of doing what you want it to do, but it might take you a while to get comfortable enough with it to feel good about what you are doing. If you're wanting something that will work, then you're in the right spot. But it will take time. If you don't have time, then you might want to consider either hiring someone, or looking at something that comes with a bit more out-of-the-box—whether that is a CMS or something else.
