Internet Explorer is not playing video content

Good day!

I am assigned a task of playing advertisements on TV and I already have images and videos in my project. Now, My carousel is playing perfectly in MY server, in my computer, I tried to copy and paste my project to another server and still played perfectly. Now, as i tried to run my project to another computer/server, the video is not playing anymore.

In my computer, it is playing fine. What is supposed to be the problem here?

Server 1 and Server 2 is okay, Server 3 isn't.

I've done restarting the pc, and done the link above. Nothing works.

Laracasts is the first forum that came in my mind. I am hopeless.
