From the topic name, my question is how do I make a child drop-down list, for example, I have a table of sub-sections linked to the table of departments. I want when I click on the name of the department it shows its sub-sections via laravel + inertia js with vue3

hi good day I have a Cloudways server and I am trying to send emails from my Laravel application but I'm not being successful I am using Mailgun but the only emails that are going out when I signed up on my application is the one that I used to send up with Mailgun can anybody help me and tell me what can I do
