On below picture i could not find download buttons.

Cloning mate is really a bad idea when you have a slow connection. Downloading this file is very useful during re installation.
I hope someone can paste here a link to download.

You clone the repository (few kb) and Vagrant will handle downloading the box file for you, caching it for reuse.
