Homestead and Vagrant for developers Problem

Hi I am new in using Homestead and Vagrant in developing web application. The Problem is that there is difference in loading the page if we use the homestead and vangrant, but if I use my wampserver in localhost the page works fine in accessing it, it can load faster.but developing web application without using homestead and vagrant may cause problem if we deploy this to other server...Is everyone using vagrant and homestead in developing web application. are you not bothered in accessing your page ?.
