get access to a site that access is block

hi i have a site that i whant to read (is a xml format) and only spasipic domain (or ip) can come in to this format

how i come in to this page and say to the page that i the domain u ok with that and give my access to read the page with curl

if your page is not running on that specific domain / ip, you wont be able to.

You can fake an ip (not easy) but if you do, you wont get any results.
