Forge/Digital Ocean - Email Address

What's the best way to get email for your domain/website using forge/digital ocean? I used to use goDaddy and it provided email service very easily, but is there a free alternative you can use while having digital ocean run a droplet?

LOL, after I posted this ya I tried to use Zoho mail and i got it setup fairly easy for anyone reading this post Zoho mail is easy.
