No but the mobile site works just the same as an app would?
Does Laracast have an app yet?
I think Jeffrey needs to provide us with an app. It will really be helpful.
@Braunson yea but I have to open chrome, then typein laracast each time. Even with the auto complete it's still kind of bites

@successdav why, you can save a link on screen, I do this on android. Like:
Aside from what everyone else has said, Laracasts is a small team and I think you are underestimating how much work it would be for a mobile app for such a small team with most likely zero return on investment.
Assuming that I have a team who is welling to do the app for free, it would be a great project on our portfolio and obviously it will benefit alot of people How can we get in touch with Jef?
@faniabdo99 I don't want to speak for anyone, but I'm really sceptical about any team doing this for free.
- The scope of the project might be bigger than you think.
- Could the team commit to maintaining the app(s) with regular updates for years and years for free? You get kicked out of Google Play and App Store if you don't update SDKs. And that's to say nothing about maintaining parity with the website.
- It'd require new APIs on the server side, documentation etc.
And due to privacy reasons, Laracasts would have to vet the code and handle publishing and all the pain that comes with that. It seems like a lot of work for them for a questionable payoff.
