Won't out of the box, needs some .htaccess magic from memory.
I remember it used to work ok with L3 back when AppFog was PhpFog. I haven't tried it for several months though.

Deploying a Laravel Application on a Paas / AppFog
We have an application already running on the AppFog platform as a service and are in the process of rewriting it on Laravel. The new application works fine on local development stacks on macs and windows, but the initial deploy to AppFog is not running. Is anyone else using Laravel on a PaaS and having success? Any tricks to share?
