Custom Thems in PhpStorm

In the "colors" folder you'll find .xml files which you can customize for your desired theme.

And then you can choose your theme from the Appearance menu.

Note that you can also edit the current color scheme in settings: (shift+shift on Windows and then type Color Scheme). From there you can click on a specific language you would like to edit. On the right, you will see color values after clicking on a specific language element and you can uncheck the "Inherit values from" checkbox to choose your own color.
