cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://webtest.site.net:12443/ords/

Hello all. I have read a lot about this problem in the forum. and it indicates that the local environment does not have an SSL certificate when using (wamp, lamp ..etc ).

The problem also shows in my digital ocean server with forge!

Does anyone know how to solve it?
