chat script

Hi, i'm working on a website in php and i'm looking to add chat functionality between logged in users and i don't want to bother myself on building it from scratch because it'sot the main goal of my website so if anyone know an easy way in javascript or jquery to integrate chat into or video chat it doesn't matter i'll be glad to that Thank you in advance
