Cashier without Payments

Hi, Is possible and how to make form to get user credit cards but didn't pay right after they fill up form. For example, we want to user register, fill up credit card data, stripe get it and after some period pay him because he use our system. Is that possible using Cashier? And do we need a Stripe or we can use Braintree for that or it works in same way when use Cashier package?
