Cartalyst Stripe SCA ready or not?

I'm trying to figure out the situation with Caratlyst package and stripe sca regulations.

I've included the latest version of the package - v12.0,

I'm using the latest API version but still all my transactions are listed as "using old charges api" and are flagged as risky.

My app doesn't have the new full screen checkout, just regular credit card box, if that's relevant to my question.
