Can I make push from my cpanel to github
I work on my website on server (live) and after i make some edits i want to push it to github without downloading the website and push it through localhost

No .. I just upload it to server and then make my edits

If you have your gitignore directory there you can try running git status from the command line (I expect cpanel to have one) and see if it recognizes the repo
