Anyone knows what is up with BeSnappy?

I have been a user of BeSnappy (besnappy.com) for many years. Simple ticketing system. I think I saw Taylor or Eric talk about using it way back - which is how I discovered it.

But I just realized that while I've been on a month vacation the service has stopped processing incoming tickets. No contact other than a broken Help page. Status page is also non-functioning. Seems like the service has been abandoned. Anyone knows what happened?

(Also, good suggestions to alternatives. Simple ticketing system for a solo dev.)

@Snapey No. BeSnappy isn't working at all any more. And all their contact channels are also not functioning. I can still login to the service, but I couldn't cancel my account, so I kept charging me. I had to cancel my credit card and have my bank block them.
