Adding Tailwind CSS basics from scratch tutorial and learning path suggesstion for laravel stack

Hi Jeffrey , I m murali from india can you add a series of Tailwind CSS basics i mean from the scratch. moreover in laracast if we are new to laravel the site needs to suggest the plan for what we need to start first and till the expert level what we need to follow simply i meaning the learning paths so that we can follow along. because our site has wonderful and useful contents. but if it adds the learning path it will be great for new laravel followers.
