413 Request Entity Too Large (Homestead)

Hello guys, I'm running into an issue with nginx 1.11.1 running on homestead. When I try to upload a file bigger than 100 MB (120 MB to be specific) it generates this error "412 Request Entity Too Large". I have tried to include the directive client_max_body_size 500M; in "/etc/nginx/nginx.conf" here's a snapshot of the file.
