Is it not available from the Archived Servers page? If it's there, you can reconnect it with the current SSH key.

Re-Connect old Forge Server to Laravel Forge
I deleted a server from my forge account, but the server still exists and is running. I still have SSH access with the "forge" user.
Can I add it to forge again? How would I do that?
