Linode vs. [New Digital Ocean w/ Cloud Firewalls]

All of my apps are hosted at Linode. My decision for using Linode over Digital Ocean has always been based on price because with Laravel Forge in the mix, both services were roughly equal. However, what Both have always lacked was a firewall layer beyond just configuring an on-box software firewall. Now that Digital Ocean has a separate firewall layer, the benefit of paying more seems justified to me. I'm strongly considering moving, but I'm curious about your thoughts and feedback.
