Bad ssl provider, forge bug or config issue?

I just bought a wildcard subdomain ssl cert at ssl2buy.com for 42 usd. Later I tested it and found that while it work on my desktop chrome or internet explorer aswell as a mac with safari it doesnt work on my androids internet app or chrome app. testing the domain at https://www.ssllabs.com gives a B rating with "This server's certificate chain is incomplete." message.

I try to recall because I cant reproduce the following: When installing the cert in Forge there was some kind of checkbox - "install intermidiate cert" (?). But I was not allowed to submit the form with that option! so I unchecked it.

Im really confused and dont know what to do now.. any help apprechiated.

Just wondering, why did you buy an SSL certificate? :P forge offers it for free with `LetsEncrypt``

And if the certificate is going to validate via forge your site under server has to have the same domain name as the SSL is pointing at

LetsEncrypt certificates do not currently support wildcard sub-domains
