Roles and Permissions in Components of Filament

I have Users, Roles, and Permissions Resources and I have assigned my users to a Role that has Permissions assigned to them. Why are the Permissions assigned to a Role that is assigned to a User does not show on my User Resource when they show in the Role Resource?
