After updating Filament through composer update, I’m encountering the following error when submitting a form: Malformed UTF-8 characters, possibly incorrectly encoded

I’ve checked my environment settings to ensure UTF-8 encoding is configured correctly, and this issue only started occurring post-update. Could you please provide guidance on how to troubleshoot or if there are any known fixes?
