Unable to deploy (deployment time exceeding 480 seconds)

A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the deployment time increased drastically. I got the time-out error (when the deployment reaches 480 seconds the attempt cuts out) once, but at the second time it took 465 seconds to complete the deployment, thus it went through successfully. Today was a different story though. I gave it 3 tries - all of them ending in the 480 time-out failure. Do you guys have any suggestions on improving the deployment speed? Is this an issue that occurs only for me?

Sounds like you need to do some poking around your server. Make sure you have plenty of disc space. Then, make sure its not hanging on one of the deploy steps. You can monitor the deploy steps inside Envoyer. If you can't find the problem in an hour or two, a lot of time will be wasted so I would just build a new server and once everything is up and running, change over the DNS.
