Envoyer/Forge Deployment not updating console command files

Hi all,

I am currently using envoyer for deployments. It uses the forge servers which have OPCache enabled. I have php-fpm reload on every Envoyer deployment which should clear the PHP cache but some reason it isn't. My console command files are not updating properly. I don't know what to do anymore. I made sure my meta was correct and even restarted my PHP multiple times but still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?
