Envoyer v Cloud

Hi, just coming back to Laravel after a few years away and trying to put all the new pieces into place in my head. I get the Cloud v Forge thing, but no one seems to be talking about Cloud v Envoyer...

If I don't care about the server details and ditch Forge for Cloud, does that mean that I can ditch Envoyer too?
