Envoyer Deployment Needs Web Directory Update

I'm managing a site using both Envoyer and Forge. Each time I make a deployment through Envoyer the site doesn't update until I manually update the web directory through Forge. I also manually recreate the queue workers. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
