Elixir using old Rev-manifest values following second deployment??

hi,

I'm having a perculiar problem following my latest deployment.

In a nutshell, my first deployment was fine, but following a second deployment and a locally ran gulp --production the elixir command in the blade template appears to be pulling the data from the previous rev-manifest and so the css and js is not being found (as the names have changed)

Anyone else experienced anything similar or can offer any advice.

I'm so confuzzled!
