Semantic UI Sass in Laravel 5.4

Hello, how can i add or link semantic ui sass framework to laravel 5.4. Now i have scss, its ok, but cant setup JS.

css or sass files are imported in app.scss

Load jquery then:

import 'semantic-ui/dist/semantic.js'
