Laravel mix suddenly stopped working

Yesterday I was working on my Laravel application and when I continued this morning Laravel-mix wouldnt compile my js and sass.

I have no idea whats going on since it all worked fine yesterday.

I don't get any errors, it just doesnt work.

Webpack mix:

mix.js( 'resources/assets/js/app.js', 'public/js' ).
    sass( 'resources/assets/sass/app.scss', 'public/css' );

Webpack.json watch:
