how to run the project after download the cpanel in localhost
I don't understand, you want to setup a cpanel for localhost?
I suggest develop using one of these:
- xampp or one of the wamp stacks
- docker
- if using linux just setup everything, I suggest ngnix
Maybe you can explain more about the cpanel download.

@Cody123 if uploaded to a hosting provider, it's run online, that wouldn't be localhost.
