My upwork client blamed me that I copied code from refrence website
Hello developers and designers
I'm a developer and designer, just a week ago I created a template for my Upwork client within 8 hours, but now it accuses me of copying code from a reference website and contributing on my behalf nothing.
It doesn't matter if I get the money or not. But I want to ask all of you do you find a 1% similarity in the list of both the websites? Give me a thumbs down if I have copied or else a thumbs up.
If you respect yourself, your hard work, and your honesty, please reply. And one more thing it is not about working speed.

It's very similar, you copied the design in my opinion.
For cases like that, you should contact the client first and decide how unique your version should be.

Design is pretty similar, not much difference. But the code is totally different.

maybe they only look at the actual page and realise you copied all the assets (the photos) and they don't know much about it.
Of course you should be saying that these are only placeholders and all the assets will be replaced by ones that they supply.

@sunilbfcj if you open those two css files they both mention bootstrap. Maybe he just opened both and assumed you copied the css.
