CSS Drop shadow on svg overlaying different section

I want to drop shadow on svg (bottom part). Svg is in section1, and overlays a little section2. I did filter: drop-shadow(0px 4px 4px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.25)); to svg, but it is blurring whole svg.
