Authentication - Wordpress + Laravel + React Mobile

Hello. I have existing Wordpress site for a store front. I'm adding a new service to go along with a new product line. I have greenfield for Laravel and mobile app and looking to go with react due to the simple usecase and AI tools to help me along.

What's the best (easiest) solution to handle authenticating to Wordpress using the mobile app and then accessing resources in laravel? JWT? Something else?

Just need to be pointed in the right direction to marry these 3 together. Thanks.
