sounds like you need the help of a developer. No one is going to be able to guess why it works sometimes and not other times.
Is it random on the same page, or working on some pages and not others?

My CSS is not loading
A bit strange, sometimes the CSS is not loading in my page, and sometimes it does, I am not some Lavarel expert, the developer had made it this way, I prefered an easier code.
The code has not been touched since months, and when i check source and click the link it says location does not exist. but the file is there
its the design for a form, the form still works but looks very bad
I cant do a server restart, as its shared hosting

Its only a 2 page form, and it doesnt work on both,
The form workes good, only the design looks like 1996 :)
A developer would be good idea, but on Sunday?
