@JohnKots I had the exact same desire, so I spent like 10 minutes going off-course and did this to my DatabaseSeeder:

    Category::factory(6)->create();

    for ($i = 1; $i <= 6; $i++)
    {
        for ($j = 1; $j <= 6; $j++)
        {
            Post::factory()->create([
			    'category_id' => $i,
				'user_id' => $j
            ]);

            $post_id = Post::latest()->first()->id;

            for ($k = 0; $k < 3; $k++)
                Comment::factory()->create([
                    'post_id' => $post_id,
                    'user_id' => $user_ids[array_rand($user_ids)]
                ]);
        }
    }
}

This creates 6 users and 6 categories. Then, one post for each user-categories pair (totaling 36) and 3 comments per post using Post::latest()->first()->id and a random user.

Change all numbers as you see fit.

Then php artisan migrate:fresh --seed, obviously.
