Forge Laravel new site error

When I create a new site in Forge, the installation proceeds normally and when I try to adjust my environment variables the page refreshes and my site is automatically deleted, the site in Forge is still registered but on the server my site folder is deleted. And then it shows these messages

We were unable to remove project “site” your server (serverName). Server Alert Description Something went wrong when we tried to execute an action on your server. Sometimes this means we couldn't SSH into the server, or something may have gone wrong while executing a command. It is a Nginx server, php 5.6
