Forge Scheduler Stuck at "INSTALLING"

I'm trying to deploy a couple of tasks to the scheduler via Forge. I already have a handful of tasks that have been deployed and running for the past several months.

These new tasks aren't particularly special, just a couple of artisan commands but they've been stuck in the "INSTALLING" state for over an hour.

I've sent a help request to support but I'm sure it'll be a few hours before they even read it so I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and what they did to rectify it.

I've tried:

  • refreshing status (refreshes properly and shows as CONNECTED)
  • checked the cron (only the previous tasks show up)

Restarting will likely reset the status and allow me to try to reinstall the tasks but it's not a server I can restart willy-nilly nor do I think that's a valid solution at this point.

Thanks in advance for any help!

UPDATE: Support got back to me and it seems to have been a Forge issue. No further explanation given but whatever was done seems to have fixed the problem.
