Error Connecting Forge Account To Bitbucket

I'm a long-time Forge/Bitbucket user trying to set up a new Forge account for a client. When I go to the Profile > Source Control page and click the "Connect to Bitbucket" button, I am redirected to Bitbucket (as expected), but when I click the "Grant Acces" button it redirects to Forge, which displays a 500 server error. The URL is:

Any ideas?
