Delete modal broken

Hello I am running on the latest nova version. I have a strange bug here: The modal for confirmation before deleting a resource does not dissapear. Hence I can't click on the button.

Obviously there is no error output in the console nor on the Laravel logs. Does anyone have any idea how to troubleshoot this?
