Do you have a cronjob running that is actually running the scheduler?

task Scheduling in Lumen (5.5.2) (Laravel Components 5.5.*)
I use the task plan to customize a command foo:bar but I have to manually execute the command I created after the use of the process will be executed, do not understand why. Thanks in advance
