How reload index table

Hello,

How can, in a custom card in index view, reload the table??

Maybe use resource events https://nova.laravel.com/docs/1.0/resources/#eager-loading I guess this is what the use on default resource class?

But with this I can't reload the index tabla. ¿? I searched for example Nova.$emit('reloadTableResource') :D

While i use

this.$router.go(this.$router.currentRoute);

but I don't like :S
