NPM install error in vendor/laravel/nova

followed this document to install npm for my laravel nova project. https://nova.laravel.com/docs/3.0/customization/frontend.html#vue-devtools my node version is v14.17.3 and npm version is 8.5.4, I want to modify or use custom components nova resource for update design and style.
